The new First Casualty

You are viewing an old revision of this post, from February 10, 2013 @ 16:17:40. See below for differences between this version and the current revision.

It may not look that different right now, but we finally just made the (long-planned) switch from a WordPress-hosted site to one hosted independently — meaning the blog’s going to be more customizable and will allow for a lot of cool new looks and features going forward. (Case in point: you can now comment via your Facebook or Twitter logins.) Feel free to let me know what you think of the new look in the comments section!

What does this mean for you? Well, you’ll still be reading posts from the same crew (me, plus guest contributors like Sam Lim, Victoria Kwan, and so on). Also, there may be a few glitches here and there as we figure out the new setup. However, the most important thing to note right now is that if you subscribed to this blog at any time before two hours ago — that’s all of you — you’ll need to re-subscribe, via the text box on the top-right of this page, in order to keep getting email notifications when new posts go up on the blog. Please go ahead and do it so you can keep up to date and stay part of The First Casualty community!

And, as always, thanks for reading!

– Jay

There will probably be a few glitches here and there, so make sure to keep checking back. Also, if you'd already subscribed to the blog before, please double-check to ensure you still are; I believe everyone's been transferred over but you can just re-subscribe if not.
